Welcome to SMARTSchedule. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities within our professional planning environment.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the SMARTSchedule application, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of the provisions set forth in these documents, you may not use the service.
2. Description of Service
SMARTSchedule provides a digital workspace for appointment management, team task coordination, and administrative scheduling. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature of the service at any time to improve system performance or security.
3. User Accounts
Security:You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Accuracy:You agree to provide accurate and current information during the registration process and to keep such information updated.
Administrative Access:Certain accounts may have administrative permissions to manage team data and workspace settings. Administrators are responsible for the actions of the users they manage.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for any illegal purpose or to attempt to bypass security features. Prohibited actions include uploading malicious code, viruses, reverse engineering, or attempting to extract the source code of the application.
5. Intellectual Property
The SMARTSchedule name, logo, and all software components are the exclusive property of Bitew Studios Lab. Users retain ownership of the data they input into the system, but grant Bitew Studios Lab a license to host and process that data to provide the service.
6. Limitation of Liability
SMARTSchedule is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Bitew Studios Lab is not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the service, including data loss or scheduling errors.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary for the protection of our services and users by Bitew Studios Lab.
